About us
At Brookvale Boarding Kennels and Cattery, any canine or feline resident will be given the best possible care and attention to assure their safety and happiness.
We are family run, based in an easily accessible, idyllic country location surrounded by the rolling drumlins of County Down between Crossgar and Downpatrick. Christopher Hanlon has 20 plus years professional expertise and is supported by an experienced caring team, guaranteeing that your cat or dog will be in the best possible hands. Residents will be regularly groomed, loved, entertained and exercised outdoors, with their every unique need catered to. A home away from home.
Brookvale are registered and approved with the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA), and are inspected annually for your complete peace of mind. For your pets health and well being we ensure all our guests are fully vaccinated.
We also love cats
Our heated indoor cattery provides an engaging environment with heaps of toys, cosy spots and elevated observation areas. It's situated away from our kennels, so feline residents can stay calm and relaxed without dogs nearby. Every cat will individually receive plenty of play, love and grooming throughout their stay. We even put the radio on for them!
A range of wet & dry food will be provided. Please bring your cat’s freshly laundered bedding to help them settle. If your cat requires routine medication administration, this can be covered. For more than one cat, family units are available.
